Content of Notice:

Your DMCA notice should include the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity.
Sufficient contact information to allow us to contact you, such as an email address, telephone number, or mailing address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Processing of Notice:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Counter Notification:

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. Please refer to the DMCA guidelines for the proper procedure.
